The air show was held at the Westair facility, at Hangar M, at the Westchester County Airport. Operating at the airport for over fifty years, Westair opened their new facility on June 1, 2001.

The photos on this web site were taken on Tuesday, August 22, 2006, from around 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at the air show that was held at the Westair facility, at Hangar M, at the Westchester County Airport (HPN), in White Plains, New York, from August 21st to 23rd. Admission at the event was $10 for adults and $5 for children, which included a walkthrough of the the Consolidated B-24 and the Boeing B-17 that were present. Both bombers, as well as a North American B-25 bomber were part of the visiting "Wings of Freedom Tour", which featured World War II era bombers, from the Collings Foundation. Three other aircraft were also present, including a North American AT-6 Texan and a Boeing Stearman PT-17 Kaydet. Rides were offered on all three bombers, at a price of $425 for seats on the B-17 and the B-24, $325 for rear-fuselage seats on the B-25, and $400 for forward-fuselage seats on the B-25.
